Audit readiness
The records, one by one.
Six documents make up a location's file. Each one is dated, names who wrote it, and is kept current at every visit.
The visit log
Arrival and departure, the technician, each device checked and what was in it, and what we did.
The device map
A floor plan with every station and trap numbered, inside and out. Redrawn when equipment moves, a door is added or the layout changes.
Corrective actions
What we found, who owns the fix, the date it was raised and the date it closed. Open items stay on the report.
Products applied
What went where, in plain words, with the label and the safety data sheet on file for anything we apply.
Technician and license records
Who visited, and the license that covers the work.
Trend notes
Patterns across visits, written for your manager: which devices, which rooms, which season.
Before your audit
What happens when the date is set.
You tell us the date. We do the rest of the records work, and your manager gets a plain summary.
- 01As soon as it's set
Step 1: You tell us the date
Any audit or inspection: a standard, a franchisor, your insurer or the health department.
- 02
Step 2: We pull the file
The log, the map, the corrective-action list and the product records for the period your auditor asks about.
- 03The week before
Step 3: We walk the devices
A check visit if you want one, so the map and the devices match.
- 04
Step 4: We list what's open
Every open item with its owner. We close what we can, and say plainly what needs a repair on your side.
- 05The day before
Step 5: You get a summary
One page for your manager, and the full file for the auditor.
- 06The day itself
Step 6: We pick up the phone
If the auditor has a question about a record, call the office and we'll answer it.

Questions about audits
Can you give me service logs for my audit?
Yes. Every visit has a log, a map and a corrective-action list, and we keep a copy for as long as your auditor requires. Our records support audits against SQF, BRCGS and similar standards, your insurer's checklist and a health inspection. A record is not a guarantee of an audit result.
What do you do when an inspector finds something?
Call us the same day. We read the inspector's note, check the area, write it on the corrective-action list and tell you what we can do and what needs a repair on your side. We can be at the next scheduled visit or come sooner if the situation calls for it.
Who comes to the kitchen?
A licensed technician from our own crew, and the same few people for your account. The report names who visited.
What if the pests come back between visits?
Call the office. If activity returns in an area we serviced, we come back and re-service that area at no added charge within 30 days of the visit. The guarantee covers the pest and the area on the report. It doesn't cover an opening or a sanitation problem we've written up and that hasn't been fixed, or activity that comes from a neighboring unit.
Tell us the audit date.
We'll walk the kitchen, check the map and have the file ready.
