What we collect

When you send the form we receive your name, your restaurant or group, your phone number, your email and what you tell us. When you call, we see your number. When you visit this site, our host may record standard technical details such as your browser and the pages you open.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, plan a site walk and carry out service, and to keep the records of work we did at your location. We don't sell it.

Service records

Visit logs, device maps and corrective-action lists belong to your location. We keep a copy for as long as your auditor or the law requires, and we send you the originals on request.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, and to correct or delete it, by writing to service@fortpointpest.com. We keep service records as long as the law or our insurer requires.
