How pricing works
We don't print prices. Two kitchens that look alike can need very different service. This is what decides the number and when you get it.
What decides the price
Mostly how much there is to check, and how often.
How many devices, inside and out
The number of rooms: prep, dry storage, dish, dock
How often you need visits
The building: shared walls, basement prep rooms, age
What the first walk finds
What the estimate includes, and what it doesn't
A written scope: the devices we place, the visits each month, the records you get and the guarantee terms.
Included: device placement, scheduled visits, the written records
Not included: building repairs, hood or drain cleaning, or a pest found only after the walk
The site walk
We walk every room and the outside with your manager, mark the map and look for the ways pests get in. The scope comes from the walk. The estimate says whether the walk is charged and how it is credited.
Visits after close
Scheduled visits are set for after close. That is part of the scope, not a surcharge on top of it. An urgent visit outside office hours is priced in your agreement before you ever need one.
When you get the number
In writing, after the walk and before any work starts, as a monthly amount for the scope. Ask us to explain any line.
How and when you pay
One invoice a month per location, or per group if your accounting prefers it. Payment terms are in the agreement, with the term and how to cancel in writing.
The number depends on the written scope. We don't quote by phone.
Questions about cost
How much does commercial pest control cost?
It depends on how many devices we place, how many rooms and buildings there are, and how often you need visits. We don't quote by phone. The written scope after a site walk gives you the number, and the page on how pricing works lists what goes into it.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Ask for the agreement before the first walk. It states the term, what is included, and how to cancel in writing. You shouldn't have to guess about any of it.
Where do you work, and when can you start?
Boston and the cities around it, inside Route 128. We schedule the site walk first, then start service after your close once the scope is signed.
